A regular at all branches. So, Im accustomed to how much the portion should have been, for bubur ayam that I always ordered. But one time, i noticed the shredded chicken portion in the spicy bubur was significantly less than usual. Told the abang waiters, they take a look, and add the shredded chicken portion, as how much it used to be. (shoutout to the two abang, one wearing spectacles and one not, sorry didn't get your names) Great service, quick, take in customers feedback, and they fix it on the spot without hassle. Really made sure the experience eating there is nice. Usually we will always get all our food under 10mins also. Have tried almost all menu, and they are so worth with the price. Drinks also so sedapp and value for the price. Recommended for anyone who has not yet try

A pleasant surprise where we chanced upon this place. Haven’t been to this side of Sunway for quite some time didn’t notice and realised Kanteen31 opened. We were always at the Sports direct wing. Read the review and decided to give it a try. Ordered quite a plentiful of food, all of it waa delicious and very flavourful. The fried rice full of wok hey. the Tomyum mee Siam was pack with umami, was afraid it might taste too sour but it exceed my expectation. The Curry chicken noodle was flavourful, didn’t feel gelak, some curry after eating too much you would feel quite gelak but this wasn’t the case. All of the portion was reasonable portioned and they do provide upsized portion if you order. They do also make kosong, just mee siam or fried rice. We ordered one of the greatest review, peanut butter French toast. It was really seriously good, but very sinful at the same time. Eat with moderation unless u’re going your cheat day Price reasonably and also accessible QR code ordering. Only the cleanliness needed to be improved, and would be good if every table had a box of tissue so we wouldn’t be sharing with another table. The table was still quite dirty after I gave it 2 wipe downs. Overall good experience will definitely come bAck again.

2nd time we dined here while at Big Box. Went early before it got crowded. Very impressed with the quality of their local fare as before. The fried chicken was done to perfection (with crispy skin); other items were tasty and satisfying too. No wonder it is so popular! Keep it up!!

Delicious chilli ban mian and aroma rice with creamy curry chicken! The service was very good and the staff make you feel very welcomed. Definitely would visit again.

Been here multiple times before this review was made. Had the opportunity to try several different dishes, from local cuisines to their roti bakar and such. I would rank their toasts section of the food very highly but local cuisine such as noodles and rice to be mediocre in the taste department. Quantity of side dishes like chicken, fish, eggs are of generous proportion. Ventilation for the indoor dining area needs to be improved. Cutlery and tissue are always inadequate and the waiter needs to be called to replenish these items.

Absolutely loved my visit here! The fried chicken is a must-try — crispy, juicy, and only RM9.90, such great value. The peanut butter French toast was rich and satisfying, perfect for a sweet treat. I also had the ice matcha (less sweet), and it was perfectly balanced and refreshing. Big shoutout to Nabil for his warm and friendly service — he really made the experience even better. Can’t wait to come back!

First time coming here. I have to say this was a very good first impression! Kudos to the staffs especially Nabil who has been very helpful. At the time Kanteen31 held a mini event for the independence day so we got goodie bags and vouchers aswell! For the menu i got the buttermilk chicken rice and their matcha. Both were very good.

First time customer and this place has earn a return customer for life! The atmosphere is very relaxing, cooling aircon (if you sit inside- not so Smokey, good ventilation) Food is superb! (fast service, order by QR and served within minutes <10 mins) Price and portion is well paired and my tummy is very happy after having the chili oil ban mian. (Didn’t manage to get a picture cause had it straight away) Hubby had the shrimp fried rice and it was amazing. His plate was wiped clean! If you are reading this, don’t think twice. Go for it, you won’t regret.
